Alpina Phuket Nalina Resort & Spa, Phuket

I had an interesting experience at this hotel. The private pool villa was spacious and had a nice design, but unfortunately, the property felt quite run down, and the lack of basic kitchen utensils made it harder to enjoy our stay. Additionally, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of our pillows upon arrival. Overall, I might not choose to return as I found better options nearby.

We had a pleasant stay in the grand suite, enjoying the spaciousness and lovely views. While the room size and amenities like the jacuzzi were fantastic, the cleanliness left something to be desired, and the Wi-Fi was disappointingly slow. Overall, it's a nice place if you’re not too picky about minor inconveniences.

I recently returned from my stay at Alpina Phuket Nalina Resort, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The hotel offers a beautiful environment with excellent pool access, making it a pleasure to relax. The staff, particularly Kathy at the reception, were incredibly friendly and helpful. However, the prices for food and drinks were notably high, which discouraged me from dining in as much as I would have liked since there were cheaper options available nearby.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The pool villa I stayed in was a real treat with spaciousness and privacy, and the private pool was definitely a highlight. However, I found the overall upkeep of the facilities lacking, with dated amenities and cleanliness issues that were disappointing. While the open areas offered some charm, it felt like the hotel was not living up to its potential.

The rooms were spacious and clean, which I appreciated, but I did find the dining prices on the higher side, especially since there are cheaper options nearby. Still, the pool area is fantastic and well-kept, making it a great place to relax.
